Please keep in mind that skateboards are intended for active use and may show signs of wear and tear over time. It is normal for skateboards to experience scratches, scuffs, stress cracks, and other cosmetic changes with regular use. These cosmetic changes do not affect the functionality of the skateboard. Additionally, like all skateboards crafted from natural wood using eco-friendly techniques, its lifespan is limited and depends on the frequency and manner of use. If you are not comfortable with this, please don’t purchase our products.
If we approve your exchange request, you will be required to return the original product to us in Quebec, Canada. You will be responsible for the shipping costs both ways, for both the returned product and the new product being shipped to you, from Canada.
Please note that VAT, customs fees, and other applicable charges may apply in your country and are your responsibility. We are not responsible for your local taxes, customs fees and any other fees in the destination country.
